ORDERING PROCEDURES

• Online: To order, click on the item, then click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button to take you to your shopping cart. After you have placed your order, we will e-mail you a confirmation and a total cost including shipping and tax.
• By Phone: Call (309) 496-9138.
• By Fax: Print and complete the order form and fax it to (309) 496-9122. Be sure to include your credit card number and expiration date.
• By Mail: Print and complete the order form and mail it to the address above. Be sure to include a personal check or your credit card number and expiration date.

PAYMENT

We reserve the right to revise incorrect prices or shipping charges due to typographical errors. We will not increase the charges on your order without first contacting you.

We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. (Personal checks and charge cards are subject to approval authorization). Illinois residents must add 6.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

• Continental US: Please add $8.00 shipping and handling fee on all orders. We ship by Priority Mail. Other shipping methods are available at additional costs.
• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: $12 shipping and handling charge on orders under $100. Orders over $100, add 12% to order total for shipping and handling.
• Canada: Payment by cashier's check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover only. No personal checks, no C.O.D shipments. Shipping charges are the same as to Alaska (see above). Payment must be in U.S. Funds.
• Overseas Orders: Fax or e-mail a copy of your proposed order and we will calculate shipping charges. We will then fax or e-mail that information to you prior to your placing a confirmed order. Payment in U. S. funds by cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover only.

Please pack returns in a box with a minimum of 2" of soft padding or Styrofoam peanuts on all sides. Please, DO NOT pack your return using newsprint. Include a note with your name, address, phone number, order number and reason for return, along with your instructions about your choice of exchange or refund. We recommend you insure your shipment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Items returned damaged are repair only and are not subject to refund or exchange.
